Finding a safe and peaceful space where we can be with our thoughts and feelings is rare these days.  The pressure to be "doing" rather than spending time "being" is a dominant narrative in today's world.  Therapy as a form of self-care can help us maintain or regain our emotional health and strength.  My practice is focused on helping clients reclaim fulness in their lives and intimate relationships.
